Our Founder

Devani spent over a decade in Law Enforcement and the Judiciary after working in mental health. She has been a paralegal for over 8 years. She is the daughter of three Marines- who taught her everything she brings to the table for her clients. She moved to Georgia in 2012 to help them run their multi-state business helping people especially on the tough cases, the cases that count , cases that matter, because the people matter. She became a paralegal initially to serve first responders and has spent years working with immigrant populations to meet their unique needs and military and Veteran owned businesses. She has two beautiful kittens – Valkyrie and Serendipity who are her heart. They have a brother and a sister cats – Jacob and Ella that were taken from her in 2019, and she fights for justice for them every day. In her spare time, she authored “Carebear Theory” a dissertation on the interconnectedness of systems and people and applies that to her work every day.

On a personal note, to the people and businesses that make my work possible – Thank you. It can’t be done alone, and I am blessed to have each of you in my life. I once had a client tell me “I just want to be the girl who changes the world.” I remember that every case and “just am the paralegal who tries to save it.” It just doesn’t happen just because of me. It is because of you the magic happens. This company was built from scratch, and has been rebuilt a million times I couldn’t have done it without my clients or without being my Dads daughter or my “village.”
